Last night while watching CashNastyGamings twitch stream a viewer or he ( which ever one it was ) decided to watch this video an let me tell you i almost was brought to tears in laughter. The video of subject is a series called 1v1 where youtubers ( mostly 2K streamers ) challenge other YouTubers or fans to a one on one usually to 11, but for whatever reason YouTuber Jesser the Lazer thought it was a genius idea to play Jaylen Hands.

Jaylen is a #1 ranked PG in the country an also a UCLA committee, so watching him absolutely destroy Jesser was hilarious and sad, peep the video down below along with some hightlights of Jaylen who is going to be a problem come next years College basketball season................

Kaws has teamed up with Nike in NYC and did a makeover to a basketball court in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The Stanton Street basketball courts were given a mural that even the Sisten chapel has to bow too, scroll down below to see the artwork and leave a comment on your thoughts

US Mens Olympic Basketball Team

With one the most watched NBA finals coming to a end recently, basketball fever is at a all time high and to some the game is over but for us die hards ithas only just begun. Hot off the the NBA draft where the Sixers and Lakers arguably grabbed the top 2 players, basketball is not done but just getting charged up(word to drake).

Today the official 2016 US Men's National Team roster has been announced and even though it maybe missing some of the games biggest stars( Westbrook, James, and Curry) Team USA with out a doubt is in good hands and expect gold! And if you expected anything else shame on you sir *shakes finger like mutumbo*

There's A Time For Everything

In this day and age sports is seen as a macho, muscle, man driven thing while women's is some what shunned and their respective sports are not as well appreciated. Today that changes like the classy coach and organization they are the 2014 NBA Champs(and Coach Pop) have announced the hiring of WNBA Retiree(after this season) Becky Hammon.

A hiring like this is a long time coming and I myself a lover of the game of basketball am excited on this news because it changes the dynamics of the sport and opens the door to more women getting jobs in the NBA. Congrats to Becky and respect to the San Antonio Spurs for being the first to take the leap....now how long will it take til we see a female Head Coach, GM/President, or Owner........

Stan Van Gundy x Detroit Pistons

Today the Detroit Pistons announced that they have struck a deal with a new coach. The coach is Stan Van Gundy, he and the pistons have agreed upon a 5 year deal worth up to 35M and it would make him the coach and also president of basketball operations.

Not sure how smart of signing this was but I doubt Van Gundy will last the full 5 years.......

With the second round of the 13-14 NBA Playoffs under way the NBA took some time ou to announce one of its major awards today. The past few years the NBA MVP has been Lebron's for the taking but this season has changed.

The NBA today announced OKC Foward Kevin Durant as this years MVP after a record scoring season, so we would like to say congrats to KD and hopefully u get that first ring this year. My darn lakers ain't em make so let's go thunder!
