News has pretty much died down about the merger between Sprint/T-Mobile the past few months and now we have some news. According to Rueters the deal is still trying to be made and the target time is around August and Rueters also reports that sprint has secured 40B in a Finacial deal with JP Morgan-Chase, Goldman Sachs, Deutche Bank, Bank Of America, Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup. 20B is a loan to SoftBank(Sprints owner) and another 20B for debt refinancing for T-Mobile. 

The money is there and the deal is on the table but we all know what happen last time two carriers tried to merge (AT&T/T-Mobile) the FCC said no, so expect the same results..............

Fresh off of the news that Sprint/T-Mobile meger rumors more news is coming in that if the deal is in fact approved current CEO of T-Mobile USA John Legere would become the CEO of Sprint. I suppose this is happening to keep the T-Mobile side of things good because we all know if Sprints current CEO was given the job people would leave in large numbers

So we all thought this day would never come but unfortunately it has come as the interwebz are upset. USA's 3rd and 4th largest carriers have worked out a deal(was reported as 50B and now is worth 32B) to merge into one bad mega corp. Fresh off of SoftBanks acquisition Sprint cooked up a plan to merg with T-Mobile to compete against the big dogs AT&T and Verizon. The question now is are the going to be CDMA or gsm? and will they operate as two seperate companies under the SoftBank umbrella? Whatever happens let's hope this deal brings better service for all those involved  

Yes I know this rumor again but it's seems like Sprint is hell bent in merging it's company with T-Mobile to make the worlds largest crappy carrier.

Reports are saying that Sprint has takin it's horse and pony show to several banks to secure the financial stability to make a pitch to acquire T-Mobile. The reports state that as soon as June Sprint could make it's official bid for it's rival. Let's just hope the FCC laughs in their faces and kindly tells Sprint to dream on.

I really hope they don't allow it though we've seen Sprint take Nextel and completely ruin it and even with 20 billion in cash from the SoftBank purchase the network isn't getting any better. I do however think T-Mobile needs a new parent company with deep pockets.......

Hmmm Sprint is in the news a lot recently to continue on with news about the carrier looks like Sprint is getting into the streaming music game. 

It's been reported that mobile carrier Sprint will be teaming up with music streaming service Spotify to take on AT&T/Beats Music. The deal is officially going to be announced April 29th in New York City. No official price yet but expect it to be similar to AT&T/Beats 15$ family plan.

Well this is pretty awkward looks like sprint just confirmed the official specs for the upcoming LG G3. I'm not sure if they meant to do it but it gives us a look into what's to come with LG's next flagship.

I'm not sure what their initial goal was with WiMAX whatever it was it failed just like that merger with nextel. And while sprint is at it get rid of CDMA all together cause it's not working for u sirs/maams
