It seems like Nike is churning out shoes like a pimp wit new hoes, and it's latest shoe is the third installment of the Metcon series. The original Metcon shoe was launched to combat what Reebok was doing on the CrossFit field, so naturally here we are at the 3rd shoe and it looks like it's predecessor. 

In my personal opinion if Nike wants to shake up the training shoe field and dominante the crossfit arena they need to incorporate some of their most iconic designs, features, and tech. The third shoe should have been a big leap and a change of looks, better materials, and a new shilouette.

For the third Metcon I would have like to seen a mid version of the shoe with maybe a strap(similar to the air Cruz's and the trainer 1) and of course the usage of flyknit and maybe a free outsole, but again what do I know I'm just a guy who talks about shoes every once in a while.

Either way it's a decent shoe nothing that will blow you out the water like the Lunarepic or even the flyknit version of the Free RN. Leave a comment below and let me know what you think and if you own a pair of the metcons let me know how u like them.........
