Every so often while creeping the interwebz you find a article/story that makes ya go HMMMMM, and in this case OfficProject turning a old factory into a home is both genius, and needs to be done more often. Just imagine all the old unused factories/warehouses that could be turned into a home, condos, or modern apartments, also they could turn them into a nice place for the less unfortunate ( but this is the world we are talking here )
Either way peep the rehab project pics and major shout out to OfficProject for turning unused space into a place not only fit for living, but also a place one can live out their dreams.
