Camera App Update

We know Google is getting serious with android (security news etc) but today it's taking a step further it's revamping the camera app for android.
In the update it's going to allow 3rd party vendors to create filters, allowing users to add effects in the camera app instead of downloading a whole nother app. They also will be going to add 100% no crop viewfinder which basically allows you to se the full shot as you take it. Google will be adding some sort of blur feature to the camera app as well
Google also says it won't wait until the next upgrade to it's OS (4.4.3) instead this camera app update will be available and launched as a standalone app in the play store.
Are u excited about this news? Hopefully next Google will inforce OEMs to stop making potato cameras and start thinking seriously about excellent front and back cameras to compete with Apple and Nokia.......
