So Nokia/Microsoft announced a lets say semi androidish phone a month ago the reason why I say semi is because basically it's a watered down version of android with a skin and no access to Google Play apps or Google services. Also from what I've seen(posted YouTube videos) the Nokia X X+ and XL can be rooted and Google play store and services can be added........
