Yesterday the FDIC (Federal Deposit Inusrance Coporation) filled a lawsuit against 16 Banks for trying to manipulate LIBOR ( London Interbank Offered Rate)
The US FDIC says " the banks conduct caused substantial losses to 38 banks that the U.S. regulator had taken into receivership since 2008 "
